Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location across Canada.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
